Jamshedpur: The court of first class judicial magistrate Krishna Lohra sentenced one person to three year imprisonment and three others to one year imprisonment each for stabbing one Dayashankar Dubey under Sitaramdera police station area. A fine of Rs 1000 has also been imposed on Chandrashekhar Dubey. The incident dates back to 10th May 2012 when Dayashankar was returning home with his friend Ankit Rai. Dayashankar was assaulted with knife by Gautam Dubey, Rameshwar Dubey, Chandrashekhar Dubey and Kameshwar Dubey. He was taken to MGM Hospital.
