Jamshedpur: A 45 year-old man, identified as Jamadar Manjhi, died of snakebite in Tilaitand village of Bhatin panchayat under Potka block.
The incident occurred late night on Tuesday last when the man was bitten by a snake near Tilaitand Jahertola in the evening. He was taken to local witchdoctor who tried to cure him by traditional methods.
Manjhi died late night in his house.
