Jamshedpur: In a tragic accident, a 30-year-old man who was fatally injured on being hit by a speeding train along Dukhu Market under Jugsalai police station area died on his way to hospital. The identity of the victim is yet to be ascertained.
Local people however, recovered the injured from near the scene of mishap, and sent him to the MGM Medical College and Hospital. The victim was declared as brought dead as he was carried to the medical college hospital emergency.
A police team led by sub-inspector Janak Kishore Narayan of Jugsalai police station arrived at the spot. The police party had subsequently visited the medical college hospital after knowing that the mishap victim was taken to the hospital. The sub-inspector Narayan said that from the preliminary investigation it appears that it was a case of mishap.
