Jamshedpur, March 7: Mahashivratri was celebrated with fervor at Rankini Mandir in Kadma on Monday. Devotees in huge numbers gathered at the temple since early morning and were seen performing rituals.
Dilip Das, president and Janardhan Pandey, general secretary of Sri Sri Rankini Mandir Puja Committee said, since early morning devotees thronged the temple and performed rituals by offering water on Lord Shiv Ling.
Significantly; Rankini Mandir is the oldest temple in Kadma which has significance for devotees from Jamshedpur and nearby locations.
