Jamshedpur, Feb 20: A relative of former chief minister Madhu Koda, identified as Surendra Deogam has been accused of violation of CNT Act and usurping 60 acres land of a tribal woman.
Right To Information (RTI) activist Sadan Thakur lodged a complaint against Surendra Deogam for purchasing seven acres of land owned by tribal woman Ratna Singh Munda and nearly 7 acres at Edelbera under MGM thana.
Writing a letter to the state home secretary the RTI activist has submitted proof that the land belongs to tribal woman. The RTI activist claimed surprise that despite complaint tribal land being usurped by non tribals.
