LPT cargo truck crashes into house

Seraikela, Sep 13: Cases of road mishaps are on the rise at the Seraikela-Kandra main road under Seraikela police station. Amidst heavy rain on Monday morning, an LPT cargo truck going from Gamharia to BRICS India Company located at Kolabira rammed into the house of Lakhai Soren in Bholadih village The mishap took place when the driver made an attempt to save another vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
According to eyewitnesses, the driver of the truck diverted the vehicle to avoid a head-on collision. During which the truck driver was seriously injured. Immediately after the incident, a large number of local people gathered on the spot and with the help of an ambulance, the injured person was sent to the hospital for treatment. The front part of Lakhai Soren’s house was completely damaged in the accident. The name of the driver is Prakash Mahto, who is a resident of Hata.
