Loyola School Telco organizes 4th Annual Prize Nite

Jamshedpur, April 26: Loyola School Telco commemorated its 4th Annual Prize Nite on Friday, April 26 at the assembly ground of the pre-primary block, celebrating the academic excellence, talent, and dedication of its students. The event served as a platform to recognize outstanding academic performance and exceptional contributions in extracurricular activities.

The ceremony welcomed distinguished guests, including the DDC of East Singhbhum, Manish Kumar (IAS), Fr. Rector K M Joseph, Fr. Pius Fernandez, Fr. Vinod, Principal Charanjeet Ohson, and School Administrator Fr. Gerry. The proceedings were anchored by Teachers Rinky and Jasmine.

The program commenced with an academic procession, followed by the presentation of awards to students from LKG to Class VIII for the academic year 2023-‘24. The chief guest and Jesuit priests were honored with saplings and shawls.

Fr. Rector K M Joseph commended the students for their remarkable achievements with words of encouragement. The evening featured prayer songs, prayer dances, and captivating performances, including the vibrant ‘Elemental’ dance.

Various categories of awards were presented, including Academic Excellence, Student for Others, Outstanding Award, Remarkable Improvement, Yoga/Karate, General Proficiency, and Special Awards. Special recognition was given to subject toppers from each class, with Jishan Shom securing the highest marks in all subjects in Std VIII. The newly introduced Miss Loyola award was bestowed upon Deepika Singh of Class V for her exemplary leadership qualities and selfless service.

The chief guest congratulated the winners and emphasized the importance of gratitude towards mothers, teachers, and parents for nurturing confidence in children. He encouraged continuous growth and development as a collective journey
