Jamshedpur: Loyola School, Telco, resonated with the beauty of poetry as it organized a recitation competition on Thursday for students from UKG to Class III.
The young participants displayed remarkable confidence and enthusiasm as they recited a variety of poems on themes such as patriotism, environmental awareness and imagination. Their expressive delivery and stage presence captivated the audience and reflected both creativity and emotional depth.
The event was graced by Principal Charanjit Ohson, Fr. Oscar Horo, Moderator Colleen and Vice-Principal Zeenat Maria Sundi. Their presence encouraged the students and added significance to the occasion.
The performances were evaluated by judges Deepti Surin, Kanchan and Sony, while Maryam conducted the program.
In her address, the principal praised the participants and highlighted the importance of such activities in building confidence, communication skills and creativity. Fr. Oscar Horo also motivated the students to continue striving for excellence.
