Jamshedpur: The Bengali community at Vijaya Heritage Phase-5 celebrated the Bengali New Year with traditional enthusiasm and cultural vibrancy, marking the occasion with festive joy and unity.
Men, women and children participated in the celebrations, which featured cultural performances including drama and music, showcasing the richness of Bengali heritage and artistic expression.
After the cultural program, a grand community feast was organized featuring traditional Bengali cuisine.
The organizing committee included Ashok Lodh, D.P. Banerjee, Surjit Banerjee, Ujjwal Sarkar, Tarun Adak, Biswajit Dutta, Mrityunjay Mandal, Prashant Biswas, Anupam Ghosh, Ambar Roy, Tapas Goswami and Mrigank Sen.
