Jamshedpur, August 28: Nearly 2000 school and college students of Steel city were today made aware on the do�s and don�ts of eye donation by Roshni covering two schools and one college.
Principals of all the three institutions were present throughout the presentation. They motivated the students to come forward in this noble mission.
Students too after the counseling sessions thronged the Roshni members to get further details and do come forward to pledge for eye donation.
At Loyola School, Rajnish Kumar, Honorary Secretary, Roshni and National Executive Committee member of Eye Bank Association of India along with Ashu Tiwary, Assistant Secretary of Roshni addressed the senior students of Class VI and onwards and teachers during the assembly.
Loyola school officials took keen interest and agreed to involve Jyoti Club students to further promote the mission in the schools and outside.
They too like other school will be participating in the Nukkad Natak scheduled on 1 September at Sakchi and in Panel discussion to be held on 8 September at Motilal Nehru Public School.
