Jamshedpur: Loyoleans of Telco once again made their mark with an outstanding performance at Horizon 2025, hosted by Gulmohar High School, Telco.
The event witnessed participation from nearly 500 students representing 25 schools, creating a vibrant platform for creativity and competition.
A spirited team of 17 students from Classes I to VIII of Loyola School, Telco, participated in a wide range of events, including Tiny Trail Blazers, Symphony of Expressions, STEM Sparks, Waste to Wonder, Egg-Stronauts, and RoverX. Displaying remarkable creativity, confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, young Loyoleans stood tall among competitors from several well-established schools.
Their efforts bore rich rewards as the team secured First Place in Waste to Wonder, Third Place in Egg-Stronauts, and ultimately clinched the prestigious First Runners-Up Trophy. The competition strongly emphasized inquiry-based learning, collaboration, and hands-on experiences, reinforcing the values of innovation and healthy competition.
The School Principal, Ms. Charanjeet Ohson; Administrator, Fr. Gerry D’Souza; and Coordinators Ms. Reshma Rodrigues, Ms. Zeenat Maria, and Ms. Colleen Xavier congratulated the winning team for keeping the Loyola Telco flag flying high and making the entire school fraternity proud. Special appreciation was also accorded to Ms. Sukanya, Ms. Sweta, and the other teachers for their dedicated guidance and leadership in steering the students towards success.
