Loyola School Jamshedpur hosts 65th Annual Prize Nite, 228 students felicitated

Jamshedpur, April 28: Loyola School’s Junior Section celebrated the 65th Annual Prize Nite honoring students who had excelled in various aspects of school life during the academic year 2023-2024. The event saw the recognition of 228 students across different competitive categories.

The ceremony commenced with a welcome address by Ritu Asthana, followed by invocations and prayers led by Rev. Fr. Rector K M Joseph. Students showcased their talents through prayer dances and other lively performances.

Prizes were distributed by Fr. K M Joseph, Fr. Vinod Fernandes, Fr. Pancras Anthony and other dignitaries. Awards were presented in categories such as Outstanding Performance, Academic Excellence, Student for Others, and Braving All Odds.

Rolling Trophies, certificates, and cash prizes were awarded to students demonstrating exceptional skills in co-curricular activities. The prestigious Chitrajeet Ghosh and S.P. Dubey Memorial Awards were presented to Adwik Agarwal and Angelica Bhamra, respectively, recognizing their outstanding academic achievements and character.

Principal Fr. Vinod Fernandes delivered a congratulatory message, expressing gratitude for the dedication in upholding the school’s excellence. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vice Principal Vineeta F Ekka, followed by the National Anthem.
