Jamshedpur: Loyola School, in collaboration with the Loyola Alumni Association, organized “Career Compass 2.0” on Saturday, providing students from Classes 9 to 12 with a strategic roadmap for their professional futures. The initiative serves as a cornerstone of the school’s alumni mentorship program, bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry reality.
Alumni Mentorship and Vision
The event opened with a welcome address by Principal Fr. Vinod Fernandes SJ. Rector Fr. Michael T. Raj and the Principal honored 10 speakers and 28 alumni mentors for their commitment to nurturing the next generation. Moderated by alumnus Ronald D’Costa, the session encouraged students to “Dream, Discover, and Design” their career paths.
