Jamshedpur, April 22: Loyola School, Jamshedpur emerged champions in the Fifth Aditya Memorial Quiz 2015, organized by Loyola School Bhubaneswar at Xavier Institute of Management on Saturday, April 18.
BJEM, Bhubaneswar and DAV Public School, Kalinganagar, Bhubaneswar emerged first and second runners up respectively.
About 250 students from 127 teams of 27 schools participated in the Eastern Region quiz were participants from Kolkata, Patna, Jamshedpur, Ranchi, Raipur and Odisha competed for the top honour.
The event is held every year since 2010 in the memory of Aditya Manish Sahu, former student of Loyola School (ICSE batch 2010) who battled leukaemia.
The event consisted of three rounds including Preliminary round were first written was held. In Semifinal two rounds 16 teams including Loyola School, Jamshedpur competed.
For the final round 8 teams were shortlisted were Loyola Jamshedpur bagged the title.
Prizes were awarded to winner,�1st runners up &�2nd�runners up while Consolation prizes were given away to the rest of the finalists. �
Prizes were also given to the audience questions, Merit Certificate for the winners while participation Certificate was given to all the participants.�����
