LFS students raise safety awareness

Jamshedpur, April 24: “It is better to be safe than to be sorry” keeping this in mind, the Little Flower School (LFS) organised a grand closing ceremony of the Safety Month which was observed from 24thMarch – 24th April 2015.

The day began with a special assembly on Road Safety. This was followed by a meaningful Nukkad Natak program to educate people about the use of safety measures on the road. The show aroused a lot of interest from the passersby who also suggested more such educational awareness.

On the occasion guests from Tata Motors Sukhwinder Saini & B.K. Singh were judges at the model display and slogan writing competitions. The program concluded with prize distribution for the events held throughout the month.

In Fancy dress competition-Naval Singh won the first prize while Anushya Singh was declared second. In Safety Quiz- Team comprising of Souvik Kundu Poddar, Edwin Paul & Kunal Rath were declared winners.

In Treasure Hunt for Kg division Rohit Kumar was first while Charvi Gera came a close second. Damyanti Lohar and Anupam Kumar were first and second respectively in the treasure hunt for class 1.

In Slogan Designing- Rihtom Dey & Tanay Sudarshan were winners while Shivangi Lahiri & Rajiv Ranjan were the runner-up for the event.

In Model Display- Moinak Ghosh, Ritwick Raj & Jayant Lal bagged the first prize while Rhitom Dey & Tanay Sudarshan clinched the second spot.
