Lok Samarpan distributes helmets in Golmuri

Jamshedpur: City-based social organization Lok Samarpan distributed helmets among motorists near Golmuri roundabout on Moinday as part of its road safety campaign in collaboration with the district traffic police. Leading the drive, the outfit president Lalit Das gave roses to those driving without helmet and requested them to follow safety rules. Handbills were also given to the motorists by the outfit members o this occasion. People were informed about road safety rules and the necessity to wear helmets while driving.

The outfit members also interacted with youths, especially students, and appealed to them to follow traffic rules without fail. Youngsters were asked not to drive at high speed or in inebriated condition.

Among others present during the campaign included Neeraj Kumar, Gyan Singh, Rupesh Sahu, Deepak Singh, Pradip, Sonu Dutta, Dev Kumar, Abhishek Agrawal, Monu Agrawal, Subhash Mukhi, Rakesh Mukhi and Sunny Sanghi.
