Jamshedpur: A welfare fund for poor patients will soon be set up by Roti Bank, a unique bank created by Jharkhand Human Rights Conference (JHRC), in steel city. This was announced on Monday by the president of JHRC, Manoj Mishra, during a food distribution programme held at MGM Hospital.
