Jamshedpur: Empowering marginalized communities through skill development, the Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East (District 325) recently completed its “Driving Training for Employment” project. The initiative aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities and foster financial independence for its participants.
The club provided comprehensive driving lessons to three candidates, including two transgender individuals and one candidate from the general category. This targeted approach highlights the club’s commitment to inclusive empowerment, ensuring that diverse groups gain the necessary tools to enter the workforce.

All three participants have now completed their practical driving sessions. Following the conclusion of their training, the candidates submitted their driving license applications, marking a critical step toward securing future employment in the transport or private driving sectors.
The Inner Wheel Club extended its sincere gratitude to Rekha Jha, Dr. Sachdeva, and Rumela Mukherjee for their generous support, which proved vital to the project’s success. Through this initiative, the club continues to prioritize practical skill-building as a means to transform lives and promote economic self-sufficiency within the Jamshedpur community.
