Live telecast of PM launching farmers� welfare scheme in East Singhbhum

Jamshedpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be launching Central government�s ambitious project Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on 24^th February in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The programme would be telecast live at all block headquarters of East Singhbhum. LED-fitted vehicles would be available at block offices for this purpose. This was informed by the district public relations office, Jamshedpur, on Thursday.

As many as 800 farmers would be linked to the said scheme on the day of its launch by the PM. Agricultural implements would also be distributed among them along with vegetable seeds, officials said.
