Jamshedpur, June 26: CII-Yi (Young India) work is divided primarily into three pillars; “Youth Leadership”, “Nation Building� and �International Engagements�.�
Under youth leadership, Yi works effectively for enhancing the leadership skills of its members and the society in large. Thus under this vertical CII – Yi Jharkhand Chapter is hosting the �Mumbai Dabbawalla� for a learning session on 27 June 2015 at Hotel Alcor, Jamshedpur.�
The session will present management lessons from Dabbawalas by Dr Pawan Agrawal, President, Mumbai Dabbawala Education Centre. It is insightful, humorous and entertaining as well. It�s not just a presentation but experience sharing, which touches everyone.
This wonderfully experiential & humorous session will have a treasure house of knowledge to be shared, on: the management lessons that the Dabbawalas have imbibed over a span of 120 years.
Understanding the logistic systems that the Dabbawalas use to deliver 2 lakh Dabbas daily on time, everyday. The special coding used to ensure error free delivery and several others.
