Law students meet ex-CM, seek facilities

Jamshedpur: A delegation of Jamshedpur Cooperative Law College students today met former Chief Minister Arjun Munda and apprised him of the various issues affecting students at large.

The students led by Ravi Prakash Singh informed Munda about the lack of infrastructure in the law college and sought his help in improving the same.

Amit Pal, a second year student, raised the issue of drinking water and toilet. He said the two facilities were missing in the college.

Another student Jyotirmoy Das spoke about lack of good books in the college library and also sought the former CM�s intervention in getting the boundary wall of the college built as soon as possible.

Sandeep Das, also a student, expressed concern over absence of security personnel at the campus. The students told Munda they were eagerly awaiting for the university students� election to see changes in the college affairs.

Munda assured to take up the issues with the human resource department of the state government and wished the students good luck for the elections.

The delegation members included Riya Mitra, Jaichand Kumbhkar, Ravi Prakash Singh, Ravi Shankar Pandey, Suraj Prakash and Akash Sharma.
