Musabani: Heavy downpour converted roads in Musabani into virtual ponds with a flash-flood like situation plaguing important routes in the small township.
People had to negotiate their way through waterlogged streets after a short lived but heavy shower.
Local residents said the problem was aggravated due to clogging of drainage system at different places by plastic waste and displaced soil.
Heavy waterlogging was witnessed near Hotel Rajasthan. Here too, people found it hard to make their way through the waterlogged roads, sources said.
