Funeral procession to start from Birsanagar at 11 am

Jamshedpur, Jan 12: The last rites of former MLA Dinanath Pandey will be held tomorrow. The veteran leader�s funeral procession will start at his Daspara residence in Birsanagar around 11 am. Representatives of various political parties, religious, cultural and social organizations are expected to attend the procession in large numbers.
BJP sources said a route map has been prepared for the last procession of the former legislator. The procession will move through prominent city places. The mortal remains of late Dinanath Pandey will be taken to the BJP district headquarters in Sakchi where party leaders and other people will pay tributes to him.
Party leaders said the Birsanagar unit of BJP has been entrusted with the task of organizing the condolence meet. All party leaders have been asked to attend the procession.
On Saturday, BJP leader Jai Narayan Singh, JMM leader Astik Mahato and many others met the family members of late Dinanath Pandey and consoled them.
BJP leaders said the former legislator�s funeral procession will reach Sriram Mandir, Telco through Sunday Market and later reach Kharangajhar Chowk via Telco Stadium and Plaza Chowk where tributes will be paid to him.
From Plaza Chowk, the procession will leave for Truck Park and Telco Union office successively. It will also stop at Tata Motors main gate for some time. From here, the procession will reach Evening Club and reach Bhalubasa via Baridih, Agrico and Sitaramdera. Finally, the procession will arrive at Swarnarekha Burning Ghat through Ramlila Maidan and Bengal Club, Sakchi.
