Land registry to become costlier in Jamshedpur from Aug 1

Jamshedpur, July 28: Registry of land, houses and flats of the entire state including Jamshedpur will become expensive from August 1.

The land of nearby areas including Jamshedpur’s Bistupur, Sakchi, CH area, Beldih area, Sonari will be more expensive.

There has to be an increase of about 10 percent. Regarding this, there will be an increase of about 20 percent in the registry of land. Similarly, the rates of registration of land, flats and houses will be increased in all the districts including Ranchi, Dhanbad.

In the urban areas of the capital Ranchi, the registration fee will increase by a minimum of 5 percent and a maximum of 10 percent. The increase in registrar fee will have a direct impact on the land value and registry fees in areas under the jurisdiction of Bundu Nagar Panchayat and RRDA and areas of Census Town, apart from Ranchi Municipal Corporation area. The highest price of land in Ranchi will be in Chadri Mauza, Ranchi Mauza, Doranda, Hinoo and Kadru.
