Jamshedpur, March 20: Bhuinyadih resident Kishan Yadav has in a letter to the SSP has mentioned that he had purchased a plot of land in Durku village of Jadugoda in his and his son Navin Prakash’s name in 2006 and had it registered.
In his letter to the SSP, Kishan Yadav stated that on March 15 last he had engaged labourers to construct a boundary wall around the plot of land when some people went to the spot with lethal weapons and threatened the workers and asked them to stop work. They also warned of dire consequences. Yadav name Durku villagers Bittu Sharma, Bhola Nath Gope, Shashadhar Gope, Lakhikant Dutta and Radhakant Dutta as being involved in the threat. He accused that the named persons were land mafias and criminal elements and has urged the SSP to provide him and his family security. Earlier, Kishan Yadav had put in a complaint to the DC in the matter.
