Jamshedpur: Members of Lafarge Theka Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti will be handing over a memorandum to the management of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited to demand fulfillment of four demands of contract workers.
The demands pertain to improvement of canteen facility, providing contract work material to workers, giving two sets of dress to workers in a year and giving minimum daily wage to workers as per the rate fixed by the Central government.
It was decided to launch stepwise agitation from 5th August in case the demands are not fulfilled.
