Jamshedpur, December 9: BJP Jharkhand state spokesperson cum former MLA Kunal Sarangi met Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister, Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on Friday during his stay in Delhi.
During the meeting, Kunal Sarangi had a comprehensive discussion with Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri regarding the future plans of East Singhbhum district and iron city Jamshedpur and the successful implementation of Ujjwala scheme in Jharkhand.

Kunal Shadangi told that with increasing urbanization and industrial expansion, new construction work is going on in Jamshedpur, so why not make an action plan from now on for a safe and better urban future. Describing this as important in bridging the gap between corporate and non-corporate sectors, the Union Minister said that keeping the future in mind, many cities like Naya Bhopal, Naya Raipur, New Delhi have been developed in the country. In such a situation, if the Central Government takes initiative towards building a new Jamshedpur, acquires land through the Housing Board and builds a new city by fulfilling all the basic needs, then it will definitely not only improve the quality of life of the common people, Rather, it will also prove to be an important step in terms of attracting investment, overall development and progress. He talked about complete monitoring of PM Ujjwala Yojana in rural areas across Jharkhand. Said that in many villages the villagers are not getting the benefits of the Ujjwala scheme. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has assured to do necessary review on Kunal’s suggestions and take appropriate action.
