Jamshedpur, Sept. 4: On the occasion of International Vulture Awareness Day, Eco Club students of Kerala Samajam Model School (KSMS) under the guidance of Principal Nandini Shukla, Vice Principal Rajan Kaur, Eco Club moderators Sheela Sudhakaran and J. Chhaya visited Tata Steel Zoological Park to spread awareness on importance of saving vulture as they are the clean up crew of the Earth. Eco club students also presented speech, choral recitation, skit and PPT at the event.
The Chief guest for the program was Radhika Singh, Secretary of Tata Steel Zoological Society, Dr. M. Palit, Deputy Director, Veterinary Officer and Dr. S. K Mahato, Curator, Tata Steel Zoological Park. The program was co-ordinated by Biologist cum Education Officer Seema Rani. The students donated a bird feeder to the zoo authorities.
