Jamshedpur: Kerala Samajam Model School ( KSMS) successfully organised a Parents’ Worship Day programme on Thursday at the school auditorium, aimed at instilling values, discipline, and respect among students. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from parents, teachers, and students, creating a warm and emotionally charged atmosphere.
The programme was conducted by Bal Sanskar Kendra under Shri Yoga Vedanta Seva Samiti, under the guidance of Manorama Nair. It focused on the importance of duty, gratitude, and responsibility towards parents, teachers, and society. Students from Classes V to IX showcased their talents through various performances, which were well appreciated by parents.

Addressing the gathering, Vice Principal Reena emphasised that small gestures and acts of kindness are powerful ways of expressing respect and care for parents. She encouraged students to reflect on these values through their daily actions to strengthen family bonds.
Vice Principals Sujata Singh and A.L. Abraham, Registrar Vrinda Suresh, and members of the organising committee graced the occasion and highlighted the significance of such value-based initiatives. The programme was coordinated by the senior activity in charge, Shalini Kumar.
Parents expressed deep appreciation for the initiative, stating that it reinforced the importance of values and filial bonds. The event concluded on a successful note, leaving a lasting impact on both students and parents.
