Jamshedpur: KRIYA of New Delhi and YUVA the prominent social outfit jointly organized a session against gender bias at Tangrain in Potka in which young girls, Anganwadi Sevikas, ANM Sahaiyas, Panchayat representatives, media personnel, social workers, lady teachers and other women from various walks of life participated in the event. All present raised pertinent views on the issue of gender bias and they were provided a platform to share their views on the subject. Appropriate legal angles were provided to check on discrimination aspects.
The resource persons for the event were Suchismita, YUVA secretary Barnali Chakraborty, Dipantari Sardar, Monica Pramanik, Anjana Devgam, Jyoti Hembram and Chandrakala Munda.
