Jamshedpur, July 21: To celebrate Monsoon Day, the pre-primary students of Kerala Public School, Kadma, donned their raincoats and carried umbrellas as they enthusiastically splashed and reveled in the rain. The children arrived dressed in a vibrant array of different shades, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The event commenced with the warm welcome of guests, followed by a delightful speech delivered by a U.KG student, capturing the essence of the occasion. The teachers then led the students outside, equipped with umbrellas and raincoats, to enjoy the playful rainy weather, even creating artificial rain to add to the merriment. The students joyfully sang songs and immersed themselves in the joy of getting wet.
During the celebration, the teachers also took the opportunity to educate the young minds about various things associated with the monsoon season, such as corn, frogs, and more. A presentation showcased items commonly used during the rainy season and the food typically enjoyed during this magical time.
Adding to the festive spirit, the pre-primary students delivered an engaging dance performance, while the primary section exhibited beautiful art and craft items in honor of the monsoon season.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the festivities, cherishing moments of camaraderie with their friends and teachers. The Monsoon Day celebration at Kerala Public School was a joyous and frolicsome event.
