Chaibasa, Feb 3: Kolhan University has appointed new In-Charge Heads of Departments for three postgraduate departments following the orders of the Vice-Chancellor. An official notification regarding the appointments was issued by the university on Tuesday.
According to the notification, Dr. Vishal Deep, Assistant Professor of Psychology at Tata College, Chaibasa, has been appointed as the In-Charge Head of the Department of Psychology. The responsibility of the Department of Economics has been assigned to Dr. Anju Bala Khakha, Assistant Professor at Women’s College, Chaibasa. Similarly, Dr. Archana Kumari Gupta, Assistant Professor at Jamshedpur Workers’ College, has been appointed as the In-Charge Head of the Department of Philosophy.
The order, signed by Registrar Dr. Ranjit Kumar Karn, states that these appointments will remain effective for a period of two years or until the retirement of the concerned faculty member, whichever occurs earlier. The new arrangement has come into effect with immediate effect.
Copies of the notification have been forwarded to the Principals of the respective colleges and all concerned university officials for information and necessary action.
