Jamshedpur: NDA unites to back Sandhya Singh for Mayor in Mango Municipal Elections

Jamshedpur, Feb 3: The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has shown complete unity in backing Sandhya Singh for the post of mayor in the upcoming Mango Municipal Corporation elections. On Tuesday, a joint press conference of all NDA constituent parties was held at a hotel in Sakchi to announce their support for Singh.

Key leaders present included BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar President Sanjeev Sinha, JD(U) East Singhbhum District President Subodh Srivastava, Mahanagar President Ajay Kumar, AJSU District President Kanhaiya Singh, LJP (Ram Vilas) District President Satish Kumar and BJP Business Cell State Coordinator Neeraj Singh. All leaders declared their full support for Singh, pledging to work at every level to ensure her decisive victory. They praised her service-oriented approach, resilient personality and commitment to addressing Mango’s pressing civic issues.

Singh’s nomination program is scheduled for Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Netaji Subhash (Aam Bagan) ground in Sakchi, where she will address supporters before filing her nomination.

Speaking at the press conference, NDA-backed mayoral candidate Sandhya Singh said she is both a daughter and daughter-in-law of Mango, deeply familiar with the region’s problems. She emphasized that her top priority will be addressing fundamental civic issues and promoting holistic development in education, sanitation and prosperity. Singh expressed confidence that the support and blessings of Mango’s enlightened citizens would help her lead the city toward rapid progress and comprehensive growth.
