Kolhan Para Teachers laud Soren govt’s attitude towards them

Seraikela, August 23: An important meeting of the Kolhan Divisional Committee of the Integrated Para Sikshak Sangharsh Morcha (IPSSM) was held on Zoom App. In the online meeting, organized under the chairmanship of IPSSM Kolhan Divisional President Sanjay Mishra, officials and para teachers of Kolhan division participated.
In the meeting as guest of honor, State Committee member of IPSSM Lakhan Lal Mahto along with Kolhan Divisional General Secretary Bhavataran Mahto, Kolhan Divisional Vice President Atul Chandra Mahto, press spokesperson Sunny Kumar and Vikas Giri, West Singhbhum District President Sailesh Sundi, Seraikela Kharsawan District President Sonu Sardar , East Singhbhum district president Sumit Tiwari, Ram Prasad Nayak, Mirza Mardi, Naresh Kumbhakar, Putul Rani Palit, Tapas Haldar, Mrityunjay Gope, Saket Shekhar and other para teachers participated.
The meeting unanimously expressed confidence in the leadership of IPSSM State Convener, Binod Bihari Mahto and the efforts being made in their interest by the state's CM Hemant and Education Minister Jagarnath Mahto. In the course of the online meeting, a demand was made to make available the proposed manual to the IPSSM to get its interim opinion on the draft of the proposed manual prepared by the Education Department. It was stated that after partial consideration of the proposed rules, they should be placed in the cabinet and approval should be given immediately for the secured future of para teachers.
During the zoom meeting, the para teachers expressed happiness over the rules being introduced by the state government in the interest of para teachers. It was mentioned that the positive thinking of the present Hemant government towards para teachers and meaningful efforts to fulfill the promises made during elections and the long struggle of para teachers across the state was going to yield results in the light of which it would be a great achievement.
