Chaibsaa: The Kolahan University celebrated 7th foundation day on the University premises on Thursday .
The Chief Guest Nalini Kumar OSD to Governor inaugurated the function by lighting Divya . Vice Chancellor R P P Singh welcomed with his remarkable speech .
While addressing the teachers and students of various college along with university students . He said that kolahan university is day by day on the path of progress despite several impediment.
He pointed out that the teachers of the inversity do not have yet service book . one can understand how our teachers and staff can be able to avail the retirement, pension benefit after retirement .
I have decided to shut out these problem by 2015. He also added that university has not been recognied by UGC .
The university does fulfil the criteria as required by the UGC . We do not have any professors in the university which is the fundamental requirement to be registered under UGC.
While praising chief Minister Raghubar Das . V C said that Chief Minster is very much concerned about all these draw backs and he has already sanctioned the fund for the construction of Senate Hall, and other construction work including beautification of the university.
V C added that we are going to open three more Maha Vidyalay two is at Saraikela Kharswan and one is at Chakradharpur . He also mentioned that University will be made fully digital .
Chief guest Nalini Kumar said that so far as I exist in the post I would do all sincere support to develop the university .
He said that Chancellor cum Governor of Jharkhand is ready to extend all possible help for its registration under UGC.
