Kol Vidroh martyrs remembered

Chaibasa, Feb. 2 : Hundreds of Adivasis and political leaders from East Singhbhum, Kharsawan and West Singhbhum paid homage to the Kol Vidroh martyrs at the Shaheed Sthal Serengsia ghati in Kolhan region on Thursday.

The adivasi families of the three districts visited the martyrs memorial place and observed fast in the memory of Kol Vidroh Martyrs at Serengsia.

A football match was also organized and were Jhinkpani Block deputy head and former chief Minister were the chief guest. The final match was played between Tekrahatu Chaibasa and PK united team Jhinkapi .

Tekrahatu won the final match by one goal. The winner team was awarded with Rs four thousand casg award and a goat. The tournament was organized by Sahid Smarak Sanchal Samity Serengsia.
