Jamshedpur : Khagripara panchayat under Jamshedpur block saw a new beginning with installation of transformer.
Deputy head of the block Afzal Akhtar took initiative to set up a new transformer.From past eight days the villagers were reeling under darkness in the absence of electricity.
Lot of people consisting of villagers informed and electricity department officials but there was no response.
Akhtar said that he took up the matter with the high authorities to set up transformer.
