Jamshedpur, Sept 13: The Jollywood is all set to welcome all 27 future Jamshepurean actors in style who have been chosen to showcase their acting skill in Hindi short film “The Kaurs”. On the basis of audition held at city hotel recently, Khalsa Raaj Production (KRP) has released the list of names that have been shortlisted to act in its next project.
This was informed by short film maker and the director of the film Khushwinder Singh “Sunny” here on Friday. “The Kaurs” is based on women’s power and its shooting will commence from last week of September. The film will be women dominated and dedicated to the victims of rapes and violence.
“It was quite hard to select best 27 for us, every single participant was talented during the audition but with the help of Gursharan Singh, we finally have selected our best 27,” said Sunny. Khalsa Raaj Production very soon will call a meeting of selected aspirants and will frame next schedule for the film. The shooting for the movie will be held at Jamshedpur.
The fresh faces are, Rajveer Singh, Sumit Kumar, Priyanka, Daljeet Singh, Vishal Sharma, Kamaljeet Kaur, Yash Shekhar, Simran Kaur, Prabhjot Kaur, Nishan Singh, Ankit Kumar, Paramjeet Kaur, Preity Jha, Avineet Kaur, Lalit Juneja, Jasbir Kaur, Ambilika Jha, Bijendra Kumar, Kawaljeet Kaur, Shilpi Sachdev, Ritu Puri, Jai Priya, Debashish Tiwari, Anjit Kumar, Pushpendra Mahato, Manpreet Kaur and Harpritam Kaur.
