Seraikela: The Kasturba High School building in Seraikela is awaiting the day when it becomes fully functional.
Due to several hindrances, the school has not been started as yet. Sources said the building construction is incomplete and there is no supply of water or electricity to the building.
Despite repeated demands by local residents, the authorities concerned are yet to take steps to ensure that the school starts imparting education to local children.
