Kasodhan Vaisya community organizes Holi Milan

Jamshedpur: Members of Kasodhan Vaisya community took a pledge to vehemently oppose dowry system and promote Swachhata campaign. They also decided to ensure unity in the community for the welfare and well-being of one and all. The occasion was the Holi Milan function organized by the community at Burmamines on Sunday.
The chief guest of the event was Pawan Agrawal, representative of Chief Minister Raghubar Das. He congratulated the community members for organizing the event and asked them to ensure inclusive growth of all members of society.
The programme began with the worship of Lord Hanuman. Fagua (Holi) songs were sung by Imleshwar Nath group. Hundreds of people were present on the occasion. Among others present during the event included Asharfi Lal Gupta, Shiv Charan Gupta, Ramvriksh, Shivnath, Triveni Gupta, Bhola Gupta, Durga Sao, Ram Daur, Ram Avtar, Ram Nivas and Om Prakash Gupta.
