Jamshedpur, May 16: To spread awareness about Yoga and environmental protection across the country, a young man from Mysore in Karnataka state has set out on a nationwide walking tour. The young man reached Jamshedpur on Tuesday after traveling about five thousand kilometers on foot.
The name of the young man is Krishnam Nayak. With the aim of making everyone aware about Yoga and environmental protection across the country, Krishnan has embarked on a journey across the country. Carrying the Tricolor flag on his back, he is also giving the message of unity of the country to the people.
Till now he has covered eight states and now he has reached Jharkhand. He started the journey in the month of October last year. In two years, he will return back to Karnataka after traveling to 28 states. According to Krishnam, yoga keeps the body healthy, environmental protection is necessary for the welfare of humanity. He chose the path of this difficult journey to take this to every countryman. Krishnam will cover a total distance of 15,000 kilometers on foot.
