Karim City students launch cleanliness drive at Sakchi

Jamshedpur, June 6: NSS Wing of Karim City College launched cleanliness drive at Sakchi vegetable market on the occasion of World Environment day on Monday.

Students in large number cleaned up the area and appealed the locals not to throw the garbage in the open and also to preserve the environment .

In the college premises the students organised a Sankalp Sabha were students pledged to plant at least 5 saplings in a year.

Principal Mohammed Zakaria, Programming head of NSS Wing Anwar Ali and Syed Sajid Parvez, said, the young generation today is aware about their responsibilities towards the environment.

On the occasion Students Amit kumar, Rinku Kumar, Abhinav Burman, Amandeep Singh, Aafreen, Tanseem, Vicky, members of the rotaract club of the college and others provided their full support in making the program successful.
