Jamshedpur, September 8: Karim City College’s (KCC) Faculty of Commerce was recognized by the Board of Practical Training, Eastern Region, Ministry of Education, Government of India, for its outstanding contributions to skill development and job opportunities. The college organized a successful two-day Apprenticeship cum Job Mela on September 14 and 15, 2023, in collaboration with the Board of Practical Training, Eastern Region, Kolkata, as part of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
On Regional Apprenticeship Day, celebrated on September 7th, 2024, in Kolkata, the college was awarded for its exceptional efforts. Dr. Md. Moazzam Nazri, Head of the Faculty of Commerce and College Nodal Officer for NATS, who served as the Coordinator for the Apprenticeship cum Job Mela, accepted the award on behalf of the college.
The college’s administration, including Secretary Dr. Mohammad Zakaria, Principal Dr. Mohammad Reyaz, faculty members, and non-teaching staff, congratulated Dr. Nazri and his team for their significant achievement.
