Jamshedpur: Communal Harmony Week celebrations were inaugurated at Karim City College on Monday. It will continue till 17th December. Various cultural and literary events will be held throughout the week.
The inaugural function was marked by Kaumi Ekta Rally (Walk For Community). Around 1000 students participated in the rally. The chief guest of the flagging off ceremony was the SDM of Dhalbhum Chandan Kumar. Other dignitaries present on the occasion included the Principal Mohammad Zakaria, Dr SK Anwar Ali, Yashmita Singh and NSS Coordinator Prashnun Dutta Singh. Anwar Ali flagged off the rally.
Among those present on the occasion included Neha Tiwary and Vijayalaxmi, Fakhruddin Ahmad, MM Nazri, Anwar Alam and Aftab Alam Ansari.
