Jamshedpur, May 2: Students of B.A Part- 1 and 2, Department of History, of Karim City College, organized a farewell party for their seniors (Part-3) at the college premises on Sunday.
Priyadarshi, a student of Part-2, welcomed all the students, dignitaries and principal Dr. Zakaria. Dr. Indrasen Singh, HoD (history) of Karim City College, while addressing the Part-3 students said that when a girl child studies her whole family gets educated, which, in turn, helps in development of the society.
Congratulating the outgoing batch, Dr. Singh said that one must become a responsible citizen and help in the progress of the country.
Addressing the students, Dr. Mohammed Reyaz said, the time has come when you will leave the college and go out and face the virtual reality of the world. Dr. Zakaria in his address said the students should not leave the college but opt for masters in their subject of choice.
On the occasion Prof Anwar Alam, Prof Kausar Taslim, Prof S.N.Singh and a large number of students were present.
