Ranchi, April 7: Kalpana Soren Murmu, wife of former chief minister Hemant Soren, is preparing for the success of the Nyaya Ulgulan Maharally to be held at Prabhat Tara ground in Ranchi on April 21 in protest against arrest of her husband.

On Sunday, Kalpana Soren held a meeting with INDIA bloc leaders at her residence in which strategies for the success of the Maharally were discussed.

The meeting was attended by state Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir, Congress Jharkhand president Rajesh Thakur, RJD cabinet minister Satyanand Bhokta, RJD general secretary Kailash Yadav, CPI-ML MLA Vinod Singh, JMM general secretary Vinod Pandey among others.

In the meeting, a strategy was made to gather 5 lakh crowd from the entire state in the Maharally organized by JMM.

In this, Kalpana Soren sought cooperation from all the alliance partners. In the meeting, not only the rally but also the joint campaign of the alliance in the Lok Sabha elections was discussed. It was decided that the election campaign would be conducted in a phased manner after the rally.

In the mega rally, national leaders of INDIA bloc, including Rahul Gandhi, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, general secretary Priyanka Gandhi, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Punjab CM Bhagwant Man Singh, Arvind Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal, AAP MP Sanjay Singh, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin, Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Farooq Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, CPI-ML general secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya, Left leader Sitaram Yechury, D Raja and others would be attending.

Personal invitations would be sent by Kalpana Soren to each of these leaders and she would be coordinating at her personal level for success of the rally.
