
Jamshedpur, Oct 9: BJP leader and social worker Amarpreet Singh Kale attended Dussehra celebration along with thousands of citizens at Bagunhatu on Tuesday.
Present as the chief guest at the most revered Ravan Dhahan event in Jamshedpur, Kale said, “there are many qualities and defects in human society and in individual. We should give importance to good qualities and overlook the bad qualities.”
Kale extended best wishes on the occasion of Vijayadashami and offered prayers to Goddess Durga and Lord Ram for the well being of people.
Giant effigy of demon king Ravana went up in flames on Dussehra marking the triumph of good over evil.
Crowds burst into cheers as the effigy crackled in fiery splendour at sundown.
Amarpreet Singh Kale who is also the founder of a philanthropic organisation Har Har Mahadev Seva Sangh also attended the immersion procession of Goddess Durga at Saatchi and prayed for world peace.
