Jamshedpur, May 30: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (JVM) on Monday staged a protest before the East Singhbhum deputy commissionerís office demanding distribution of ration and kerosene oil to all.
The agitator also insisted curbing the increasing crime rate in Jamshedpur.
The protest led by district president Firoz Khan and Babua Singh along with hundreds of party workers also shouted slogans in support of their demands.
At the event, JVM leaders talked to the media saying ration cards have still not been provided to all the families.
The government is just making hollow announcements that kerosene oil will be distributed to families who also don’t have ration cards, but till date people are not getting their due ration.
