JVM protests corruption and power crisis at DC office

Seraikela: Jharkhand Vikas Morcha(JVM) activists staged a demonstration before the office of the deputy commissioner of Seraikela-Kharsawan on Monday to protest alleged corruption during present state government�s regime and the tenure of the erstwhile state government led by former Chief Minister Arjun Munda.

The outfit leader Krishna Gagrai said the current and previous governments have failed to live up to the expectations of the people.

He said the government had also miserably failed to provide drinking water and electricity to the people of the state.

Despite floating tenders worth several crores, the government could not ensure zero power cut electricity supply to the state, he said.
