Jamshedpur, May 4: Jamshedpur Utilities and Services Company Limited (JUSCO) received an award for providing three teachers to a Government School at Seraikela Kharsawan District in Jharkhand.
This led to improvement in the quality education imparted and better performance of the students.
The Company was nominated for this award under the Tata Affirmative Action Programme (TAAP) in the Educational Category which has been recognized as a good practice at the Tata Group.
Ms Preeti Sehgal, Company Secretary and Chief CSR along with Mr Gaurav Kapoor and Mr P Gopal of Jusco received the award from B Muthuraman (Former Chairman, Group Affirmative Action Forum).
